- Product should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in anyway.
- Tags should be intact
- Product is not purchased in sale/discounted price
- Product is not custom altered
- Product should be in its Original Packaging
Refund, in Case of Return
- A Return Fee of ₹150 will be deducted from product(s) price before refund.
Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Return Fees (₹ 150) - But In case, if we are unable to provide a reverse pickup facility, customer will have to send the parcel back to us and after receiving the parcel, the Product price will be refunded to the customer, in full amount, without return fee deduction
- Please note that reverse parcel may take anywhere from 3-20 days to arrive our storage facility, after pickup. Refund will be processed only after we receive customer’s parcel back and product pass the quality checks.
In Case of Exchange
Exchange is permitted only once and will be done free of cost if satisfy below conditions
- Product should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in anyway.
- Tags should be intact
- Product is not purchased in sale/discounted price
- Product is not custom altered
- Product should be in its Original Packaging
- If the exchange is demanded for the different product with higher cost, then the difference of price will be charged in advance, before dispatch.
- If the exchange is demanded for the different product with lower cost, then the difference of price will be refunded to the customer’s account.
Shipping Policy
We ship, all our orders via our shipping partners which might change from time to time.
We provide free delivery services to all over India. We strive to deliver products purchased from ZANIEE in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online and if satisfy our terms and condition of refund/return.

Our all products are made on order basis so it will take 15-20 business days to dispatch and some products with hand embroidery, might take 20-25 business days to dispatch
We work from Monday to Saturday and so we don’t ship orders on Sundays and On Public Holidays.

Important
Customer are informed here that we use third party courier services for logistics of orders’ and parcels. In unforeseen and unfortunate cases wherein courier services refuse to accept customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Zaniee shall not be held liable for any loss until below mentioned guidelines are followed by customers.
In case of customer denying receiving the parcel while Courier Company shows parcel to be delivered, customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Zaniee will share Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the courier company. Even after sharing POD, if customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD, Zaniee can only assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned courier company.
If parcel is received in tampered condition, customer shall refuse to accept parcel from courier person.
Even if parcel is intact, Customer ought to video-record the act of opening the received parcel as proof of any unforeseen and unfortunate case of receiving wrong or missing products inside parcels.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
Refund: Full Refunds will be issued to the same bank account / card / wallet used for order processing.

Cancellation By Zaniee
We reserve our rights to cancel or stop any order at any time for any known or unknown reasons. The Purchaser will not be able to claim for such cancellation process by ZANIEE in any way. In case of such cancellation, ZANIEE reserve the right to hold the reversal of payment or partial payment or full payment at ZANIEE’s discretion. We intent full reversal of payment if no dispute observed. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ZANIEE and accept ZANIEE’s decision regarding the cancellation.
